Why am I being charged shipping when Google's Shopping site has it listed for free?
Items that weigh over a pound are shipped either priority or parcel postage, which is based on weight, zip code and dimension of the package. Since it is calculated shipping the Google Shopping Site can't determine those calculations. Please click to check the USPS shipping and enter your zip code.
Will I receive confirmation on my order?
Yes, you will receive an email stating I have received your order and another one updating you on a tracking number once I have printed the shipping label. If you don't see an email, please check you spam folder.
Parcel vs. Priority shipping
If you ordered an item and paid for priority but it arrived as parcel postage, it is due to dimensional weight. Ecrater's site has limitations and I am unable to enter the box dimension, which greatly affects the USPS purchase price.
Returns
There is a 10% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in the same condition as received. Buyer pays shipping back. After inspection of item, you will be refunded the purchase price of the item minus the 10% restocking fee.
